Women's Hour Upskirting Interview

Wera Hobhouse went on Women's Hour to discuss her 'upskirting' bill, which is just about to pass in to law.

As of the 15th of January 2019, the bill to make upskirting a specific criminal offence has surpassed it’s final Parliamentary hurdle, passing through its third reading in the House of Lords. The legislation now only requires the formality of Royal Assent in order to become law. This is expected to be granted within the next few months.
