Limiting the spread of Covid-19 and protecting and supporting the most vulnerable in our community are our top priorities right now. 

Everyone's individual situation is unique. Each individual needs to act responsibly for our own and for others' sake, and, if they are able, help others in the appropriate way. We need to look out for each other.

The situation is changing very rapidly. We will be updating this guidance as new information and guidance becomes available.

Bath & North East Somerset Council If you are in a difficult situation, and need help from the B&NES Council, please contact Council Connect on 01225 394041.

B&NES council have set up a dedicated Coronavirus email address, which is: covid-19incidentcomms@bathnes.gov.uk

A specific Coronavirus local helpline is in the process of being set up. We will share this information as soon as it becomes available.
