Annual Report 2020 Published

Wera Hobhouse has launched her ‘Annual Report 2020’, a summary of the work that she has done on behalf of Bath residents this year.

In a sign of the times, the 2020 annual report is entirely digital and can be found at www.werahobhouse.co.uk/annual_report_2020.

The report covers how Wera has been fighting for progressive, caring, and liberal politics in our city, and in our country. It highlights the challenges that all sectors in Bath have faced over the last year, and what Wera has done to help them.

It also documents some successes; Wera and her team have completed 7,700 items of casework this year for local residents, and over 23,000 pieces since she was elected in 2017.

Wera said; “It truly is an honour and a privilege to represent Bath. In what has been an incredibly tough year for everyone, I have been amazed by the demonstrations of solidarity and kindness shown by our city.”

“From people volunteering their time to help the vulnerable, to the services, charities and organisations who have been on the front lines of the response against the pandemic, people have helped one another through this.”

“As we move towards Christmas, and the New Year, I urge everyone to continue to look after one another, wear masks, and remember that we will get through this together.”
